Price growth in Englewood was uneven by area
The Federal Housing Finance Agency reported U.S. house prices rose 2.6% from July 2025 to July 2026. That number is true. It just does not describe what happened on your street.
The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted homes sold across ZIPs 80110, 80111, 80112 and 80113 in the three months ending July 31, 2026. The price story was different in each one.

A note on 80111 and 80112: an Englewood mailing address in those ZIPs may actually sit in the DTC, Centennial or Greenwood Village. Confirm where a property actually is before drawing comparisons.

- One Englewood mailing address is not the same as another.
- ZIP 80110, the City of Englewood near South Broadway, rose 8%.
- ZIP 80113 slipped 4.3%.
- The national headline of 2.6% growth, from the Federal Housing Finance Agency, sits between those two and describes neither one.
One street can read very differently from the whole ZIP code. The right comp set is the one that matches your home's actual location, school district and county. Those lines move price more than most people expect.
